
Haven't updated the Blog in time.. but here goes nuttin'
Basically this is a mix I made, to run to. It's about 45 minutes and if you can do all of it then great because it starts a regular pace... speeds up a bit in the middle and then slows down towards the end. Thats how it's meant to be I think...
Pace yourself to the music, run for as long as you can.
If you've got a Nike+ kit, stick this on and go a-running.

Some of the song choices are a bit mental but then I think it sort of motivates you to keep on moving. I find this stuff helps, even if my legs kill me at the end for it.
